Vehicle search
We search by make, model, chassis code, year, mileage, grade, equipment and budget to identify relevant auction candidates.

Tell us the vehicle, budget and destination. We help shortlist candidates, explain the auction sheet, confirm your maximum bid and coordinate the next steps after a successful purchase.
We only bid after the vehicle and written limit have been confirmed with you.
Auction grades, repair history, defects and notes are explained before you decide.
Vehicle price, auction-related fees, inland transport and export costs are shown by item.
What we handle
The service is designed for buyers who want access to Japanese auction supply without making decisions from a sheet they cannot confidently interpret.
We search by make, model, chassis code, year, mileage, grade, equipment and budget to identify relevant auction candidates.
We explain the overall grade, interior and exterior ratings, repair history, inspector comments and visible defect codes.
You approve a maximum JPY bid for a specific vehicle. We do not treat an estimate or general budget as bidding permission.
After a successful bid, we coordinate payment timing, inland transport, inspection, export documents and shipping arrangements.
The process
Each stage requires a clear decision or confirmation, so you always know what has been approved and what happens next.
Send the model, year range, budget, preferred condition and destination country or port.
We identify relevant vehicles and help compare specifications, condition and realistic price range.
We review grades, damage marks, repair history and inspector notes before asking for a decision.
You authorize a maximum bid in writing for the exact vehicle you want us to pursue.
We report whether the vehicle was won, lost or left unsold and explain the available next step.
For a successful purchase, we coordinate collection, inspection, documents and international shipping.
Cost transparency
Auction purchases involve more than the winning bid. We provide an itemized estimate before you authorize a purchase.
Exact charges depend on the auction venue, vehicle location, dimensions, destination and shipping schedule. Final amounts are confirmed per vehicle.
Before you bid
Most Japanese dealer auctions are restricted to approved members. ClickCar acts as the Japan-based intermediary and only places a bid after receiving your vehicle-specific authorization.
No. Another bidder may exceed your limit, or the seller may set a reserve that is not reached. We will not exceed the maximum you approved.
An auction sheet is an important condition reference, not a full mechanical warranty. We explain its contents and can discuss additional inspection options when available.
We confirm the purchase result and payment schedule, then coordinate vehicle collection, any requested preparation, export documents and shipping.
Start with a clear brief
Share your model, year range, budget and destination. We will confirm what can be searched and what information is needed before bidding.
